Shipping policy

Any shipping/delivery of goods facilitated by GTools Perth to customers carries the following provisos (unless otherwise agreed beforehand):

• goods will only be delivered to a customer's premises on the basis that the customer, or a customer's nominated receiver, are in attendance.
• goods will only be delivered onto flat surfaces located at the front of the customer's premises, or somewhere close/nearby.
• the delivery driver will not be responsible for moving goods across uneven surfaces, such as steps or narrow alleyways.
• if goods cannot be delivered as scheduled due to circumstances attributable to the customer and being no fault of the delivery driver, the goods will be returned to GTools Perth with the delivery fee remaining payable by the customer i.e. a second trip to deliver the goods will incur a second delivery fee. This is because GTools Perth is obliged to pay the delivery driver for both deliveries.
